JOURNEYING BACK HOME

Before leaving to go home, I had to tackle this gigantic slice of watermelon.

At McCarran Airport, I told Nana and Papa what gate we were leaving from.

I took this picture of our plane!

When it was time to board, I got to talk to Capt. Henry. He invited me to sit in the First Officer’s seat, but nope, I was not going to do that. Then he showed me a button I could push and that’s when I was outta there!

I did draw a picture for him and First Officer Richard, though. I got to give it to them on the way out.

HIGH ROLLING AGAIN

I started off the day discovering the most amazing thing about Minecraft – you can build a roller coaster!!!

Then I found some toothpicks and used them to make letters.

And then I went on the High Roller again! It’s kind of like a huge ferris wheel and was one of my favorite things to do when I visited Nana and Papa last year.

TOWN SQUARE

It was another sunny day, so we went to another park in the middle of the Town Square Mall.

I rode a unicorn…

…And baked Mommy a cake.

I also did some hula hooping.

My favorite, though, was the train! (Aka the “Cactus Coaster.”)

WINDY CITY

Today, I planned on going to the pool. But it was such a windy day, I decided to skip it and hang out instead.

I went for a walk around the neighborhood to search for Endermite food. (Endermite is a character in Minecraft.)

I had to fight the wind!

And then Daddy had to fight the wind!

Afterwards, Nana wanted to take a family portrait of me, Mommy, and Daddy.

And then I wanted to take a family portrait, too.

THE ADVENTUREDOME

On my first morning in Henderson, Papa told me about his days as a fingerprint analyst and showed me fingerprints on the computer.

Then we looked at my fingerprints through a magnifying loupe.

Afterwards, we got to do the thing I was super excited for – The Adventuredome at Circus Circus. I LOVED IT.

Here’s a little video of me having the time of my life.

THE STRIP

I’ve had a lot of energy lately, so before we headed out for our final day in Nevada, I went outside to run around Nana and Papa’s neighborhood.

Then we went to the Las Vegas Strip to go up the Eiffel Tower.

This is the view when you look straight down!

Then we continued down Las Vegas Boulevard and encountered my favorite part of Vegas – the pedestrian walkways!

The M&M’s store was…okay. But…

…it had four floors of escalators. So it was a win!

GOODNIGHT, NEVADA

When it was time to go home, I was super excited to get back on the airplane. (It seems that everyone can tell, because I was able to snag three sets of Alaska Airlines wings from the flight attendants.)
