When I woke up Christmas morning, I found a present waiting from Santa. It was a doll wearing a tulle dress! I named her Baby Rosie.
I got lots of other cool gifts involving my very favorite things – comfy coats, roller coasters, and the NYC subway. Thank you, Mommy and Daddy, Nana and Papa, and Uncle Mike and Aunt Sarah!
I also got this spinner toy that makes me feel like I’m on the Mad Tea Party ride in Disneyland.
I spent a good long time comparing the 2004 and 2019 subway maps that Santa left in my stocking.
After all my new presents were opened, I played with my old wooden train set with its new subway car.
But the festivities weren’t over! Come sundown, we celebrated the fourth night of Hanukkah.
I got another subway car (the S train!) to add to my collection, as well as a book about fun and crazy words. Thank you, Grandma and Grandpa!
And Mommy and Daddy got me a toy where I get to dress people up in tulle dresses and comfy coats.
After dinner, I played Uno the way I do in Spanish class at school. I pick a card and say the number and color in EspaƱol. Cinco rojo! Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa!
We went up to Seattle and had an early Christmas celebration with Kenji. He found his gift almost immediately and wanted to open it right away. It was a set of mix-and-match animal parts and he wasted no time getting to the business of assembling them.
It was also the 7th night of Hanukkah, so I opened my gift from Grandma and Grandpa. It was a Hot Wheels race track! Daddy assembled it and Kenji and I raced our cars.
