Thanks for the rhinoceros hoodie, Nana. I hope no one reports a rhino running loose in West Linn!

CAPSELA IN THE WILD
I found my Capsela vehicle and tested it out on the deck. This set was Uncle Mike’s from when he was a kid.
BALL BOY
Lately, I bring my ball on all of our walks with Chubs. You never know when he’s going to lay down in the grass and I get a chance to play.
WILD MANE
My hair is growing quite nicely…
LUNCHTIME PLAY
One of the best things about Daddy working from home is that he gets to spend his lunch break with me! Recently, he even met me and Mommy at the playground.
WATER GUN
I found a water gun in my random collection of toys of unknown origin.
MONTHLY LEGOLAB
LEGOLab at the Oregon City Public Library recently went from a weekly event to just once a month. (But I kinda like it that way because I have time to drop pins on Google Maps and go driving around with Daddy the other weeks.)
ALL-WEATHER PLAYGROUNDER
When it’s cold and wet and none of the other kids are outside…I’ll be there.
CROSSING THE BORDER
For Crystal and Chris’ final day, we crossed the border into Vancouver, WA. We walked the sleepy streets searching for lunch.
And we found it in Vancouver’s oldest diner (since 1932), Joe Brown’s Cafe. I tried eating my hamburger and chips with a fork because I’m very elegant.
How cool is this Vancouver mural??
Then we went back to Oregon to visit the Portland Japanese Garden. I found tons of bridges!
While we waited for Chubs’ dog sitter to drop him off at our usual meeting place, I got to play in this cool playground.
Thanks, Crystal and Chris, for a fun few days!
BRIDGETOWN
I’m playing tourist in Portland and finally went to Voodoo Doughnut.
Then we walked across the Burnside Bridge! Did you know I love bridges???
Then Mommy made me pose by this wall.
While we walked around the city, we stumbled upon this fantastic playground, just as the sun came out.
While Crystal and Chris shopped for books at Powell’s, I took out my drawing supplies and got to work.
To cap off a great day, we walked across the Gibbs Street Pedestrian Walkway. I see it every time I take the tram, but it was the first time I’d been on it.
