Happy Halloween! Last year (my very first Halloween), I was a pirate. This year, I’m Charlie Brown!

And here are a few outtakes from the shoot. (By the way, check out my brother Chubs’ costume on his blog!)
My official Halloween portrait drops tomorrow. In the meantime, enjoy a behind-the-scenes sneak peek!

After my fever went away, everything was totally hunky dory. We thought that maybe I successfully evaded further illness.
But no.
Days later, it hit me. Coughing, runny nose, general ickiness. So tired.

A week ago, I had my very first fever. And it triggered my very first (and hopefully last) febrile seizure. Dad left work to help mom bring me to the doctor. And, boy, was I exhausted from all that excitement. But the next day, I was back to playing with all of my toys and yelling at the cars on our street. Didn’t miss a beat.

When I’m not watching myself in home movies or playing with mom’s iPhone, I like to rock it old school and play with little cars and stacking pegs.

I like playing with cars and reading stories with dad before bed.

This is one of the first monsters I made (with the help of mom) with my Mega Bloks!

Nothing more calming before bedtime than to get yogurt everywhere.

I like to store my bouncy balls and toy cars under the couch for safe keeping.
(Oh, and side note, my magnets go under the refrigerator.)

I caught mom taking a picture of me playing with my toys, so I decided I wanted to get up real close. And then really, really close.
