For the final day of the Taylor visit, we hit the park! Kenji had tons of fun playing basketball with Daddy and Uncle Ryan, while Sakura and I wheeled around on all our various vehicles.

We all went up to Seattle to celebrate Sakura’s first birthday! Isn’t she so cute?
She likes to make this funny face a lot.
Papa bought Kenji and I cool matching t-shirts.
Time for cake!
She blew out her candle with a little bit of help.
Happy birthday, Sakura!
Happy birthday to my favorite cousin, Kenji! We visited Seattle to celebrate his big day. He specifically requested a rainbow cake.
He liked dipping his finger in the frosting.
Then it was time to blow out the candles.
SUCCESS!
One thing I gave him were my old Duplo blocks.
He liked them as much as I did.
Then the next morning, we went to brunch. Kenji loves to put Daddy’s hood on his head! Happy birthday, Kenji!
Me, Mommy, and Daddy did a quick weekend trip up to Kenji’s house in Seattle. When we got there, Kenji was napping, so I took a long walk around the neighborhood.
By the time we got back, I was VERY tired.
But Kenji was awake! I gave him one of my syringes and extension sets because he likes playing with them in the water.
Then I showed him the joys of Minecraft.
Mommy gave him an octopus t-shirt she made and he strutted around like a real runway model.
And Daddy played blanket jail with him. Kenji’s a real goofball.
I went up to Seattle to visit cousin Kenji and we went to KidsQuest Children’s Museum!
My favorite thing there was this huge climbing structure. This is the very bottom of it.
Daddy helped me climb the ropes up this big tube.
Kenji went up with Uncle Ryan and into this cage before heading to the very top.
This is the rope tube that leads to the top.
And here’s the top! It’s even higher than the second floor of the museum.
I also liked this sign that pointed to cities with funny names.
And this water room where I got to wear this awesome smock.
Yesterday, we headed back home. I had fun hanging out with my new cousin, Kenji, and of course…plane watching!
We spent Thanksgiving with my baby cousin, Kenji! Uncle Ryan made dinner and Aunt Lisa fed Kenji a lot. And I played with planes. So, all in all, a success!
The whole Taylor family (Aunt Lisa, Uncle Ryan, Joy, Kietsu, and fetus boy Taylor) had breakfast with us at the new house!
Guess who made a surprise appearance in Portland yesterday? Auntie Lisa! (As well as Uncle Ryan and their friends, Tristin and Kelsey). We went to a restaurant in Northeast Portland called Tin Shed and then, after announcing I was “SO TIRED,” I wandered the streets while Mommy and Daddy tried to get me back in the car.
