Last night was my first time trick-or-treating on Halloween. I went with Mommy, Daddy, and Uncle Mike. At first, it was confusing and boring and I just wanted to go home. But then I started to get the appeal. People told me I was cute and then gave me chocolate. So…let’s go again tonight!

It was Uncle Mike’s birthday a couple days ago (and it’s Auntie Sarah’s in a few days!), so we went out for a birthday breakfast. Uncle Mike and I crashed my limo into things, (plus I discovered my love for caramel that they brought back home from a goat farm in Vermont). Long live caramel!

Yesterday was our last day in New Hampshire. It rained in the morning, so I stayed in and played with Duplo blocks and my cars. Then we went to King Arthur Flour, where I tried (and am pretty sure I liked) a maple flavored lollipop. Then I went to Left Bank Books on the Dartmouth campus where I immediately found their stash of cars!
Bye, New Hampshire! Bye, Grandma and Grandpa!

We went back to the beach! This time, I wasn’t as interested in going in the water. But Grandpa showed me how to use my fishing reel on his boat and I played with my cars in the sand. Uncle Mike and Auntie Sarah joined us, too, and Uncle Mike pretended to be a sea monster.
Also, we went out to eat for breakfast and dinner. Not only was I amazingly well-behaved, but I also nibbled on some fruit, Grandma’s pickles, Mommy’s home fries, and Auntie Sarah’s maple syrup. Plus, I succeeded in sucking on a straw for the very first time! I’m not totally sure how I did that, but I’ll work on it again today.

Last night, Uncle Mike and Auntie Sarah babysat me while Mom and Dad went out for a birthday dinner. So, as a token of my appreciation, I gave them a Dexter Ludwig Original!

Uncle Mike and Auntie Sarah visited yesterday and gave me a reusable sticker book with a bunch of car stickers! I played with it all day. I love it. Thank you!

Yesterday morning, we went to Uncle Mike’s and Auntie Sarah’s for a Mother’s Day breakfast. We met Sarah’s mom there, too. Two moms! But most importantly, Uncle Mike and Auntie Sarah got me a red double decker BUS! Bus bus bus bus bus. And I found a tiny apple that people kept calling a “cherry.”

Uncle Mike and Auntie Sarah came over and I showed them how this game is played.

I had some good, dirt-filled fun with dad and Uncle Mike yesterday! (Mom and Auntie Sarah were there, too, but they’re clean ladies.)
