Over the weekend, mom, dad, Chubs and I all went to Clover Park! I played on the swings and in the sandbox.
That cool sand pail was given to me by my friend, Cassandra!

Yesterday was our last day in Portland before heading home. In the morning, we headed to downtown Lake Oswego for some breakfast at St. Honoré Boulangerie. Then we took a walk down to the Willamette River. For lunch, Mom insisted on going to one of Portland’s famous food cart pods for some tacos. Finally, we did some shopping at Crossroads Music and Powell’s Books. (I got “Where Is Baby’s Beach Ball?,” the riveting follow-up to “Where Is Baby’s Belly Button?”). By the time we got back to the hotel, I was mega pooped!
Yesterday was our first day in Portland, Oregon! We started the morning off at the Babica Hen Cafe. Then we went hiking in Forest Park. After that, mom and dad were starving, so they got sandwiches at the Beaverton Sub Station. Finally, I finished off my night pretending my stacker piece was a hat!
Yesterday, I went on my first airplane! I did great. Mom and dad are extremely thankful for stickers and pinwheels!
I’ll be reporting from Portland, OR for the next few days, so stay tuned…
Yesterday was my first REAL swim lesson. The last one was just a trial, but now I am an official member of the Lenny K Swim Academy!
I still love the water, but some of the magic was lost when my face was DUNKED under the water. That’s going to take some getting used to…
I’ve been told that some places are cold in January, but I’ll believe it when I see it.
Mom set up the camera timer yesterday. This is what we look like on the first day of 2014.
Auntie Lisa got me this monster hat. So far, it has stayed on my head for a record 3 seconds because I keep yanking it off. And mom and dad also keep stealing it from me!
Last night was the fourth night of Hanukkah! Grandma and Grandpa gave me a Thomas the Tank Engine and Uncle Mike & Auntie Sarah got me a new book and decoration for my room. Thanks, everyone!
