We visited the Taylors a week before Christmas and had the best time!
We played board games, video games, and laser tag, went to Taiyaki, and just goofed off and had fun at the house!

As is our annual tradition, we cut down our tree at the Shannon U-Cut Tree Farm.
First, I pick out the perfect tree.
Then, Daddy does the actual cutting.
He also gets to carry it to the car.
Finally, I put the money in the box. Done!
It’s Christmas, and here I am patiently waiting and smiling.
Now let the present opening begin!
Among many awesome things I got, like games, clothes, books, and fake poop…I also got this rocking chair that should keep me pretty busy.
Weeeee! Thank you, everyone!
Oh, and here is Finley just relaxing…
…And Sunnie curious about Finley’s Christmas present.
Nana sent me a pack of cookies, frosting, and other goodies so I can decorate my very own Christmas cookies!
Sometimes you have to take a little sampling of the frosting just to make sure it’s good…
Then you very carefully add the little sprinkles…
And then it’s time for a taste test…
Pretty good!
Thanks, Nana!
On Christmas morning, I woke up and immediately went to admire all of my gifts!
Sunnie was also in the holiday spirit, hanging out in her Christmas RV.
After we opened all of our presents, Finley took a nap on his high shelf.
Leading up to Christmas, I opened up a small gift in my Advent house every day of December. Some of the gifts I got were these little Lego cats!
Here is a video of my Christmas day! Thank you for the gifts, Nana and Papa, Aunt Lisa & Uncle Ryan, Uncle Mike & Aunt Sarah, Mommy and Daddy, and Santa!
On Christmas Eve, I woke up to a beautiful foggy morning.
But then I got right down to the business of tracking Santa with the NORAD Santa Tracker. When I first checked in the morning, he was on his way to Perth, Australia. By the time I went to bed, he was dropping off presents on the east coast of America!
On my last day of school before winter break, all five 1st grade classes got together for a holiday sing-along. We were told we could wear our pajamas and bring our favorite stuffie or doll. So I did!
Here’s a video of Kenji’s trip to West Linn last week!
