I had so much fun. Come back soon!
GETTING BITTEN BY ANTS!
Kenji and I got bitten by ants. On purpose! Watch us suffer and learn a little bit about ants.
OAKS PARK WITH KENJI 2023
When Kenji visits in the spring or summer, of course we have to go to Oaks Park! It was super fun, as always.
MIDHILL PARK WITH KENJI
After Frog Pond Farm, Kenji and I went to the park and had a great time, as usual. I also took this freaking cool picture of Kenji using the panorama function on Mommy’s phone.
FROG POND FARM
We took Kenji and Sakura to Frog Pond Farm in Wilsonville. It was really fun!
There were a bunch of animals to pet and feed.
Even CAMELS?! By the way, they immediately stole our food cup. Judging from the many food cups on the ground, I think they do that a lot.
Plus, there were games, slides, and even a big maze.
One of our very favorite things, though, was rolling around this huge hamster wheel. Kenji and I know how to have fun!
KENJI & SAKURA’S SPRING VISIT 2023
Kenji and Sakura are here! The weather is nice and we’re having lots of outdoor fun.
Papa built this swing stand!
I love getting covered in ants. Kenji and I spent a lot of time observing an ant colony we found under this paving stone.
NANA & PAPA’S SPRING GARDEN
We visited Nana and Papa’s house and their yard is in full spring mode!
TRI-CITY DUST DEVILS
While we were in Pasco for the Country Mercantile fair, we went to see a Tri-City Dust Devils game because they’re the High-A affilitiate for the Angels. (This was Daddy’s gift for driving us to Pasco.)
My favorite part, though, was the bouncy house they had. I even met two girls in there who were the daughters of the General Manager.
COUNTRY MERCANTILE
We drove all the way to Pasco, WA to get a super rare coaster credit. Twice a year, a farm store called Country Mercantile hosts a fair that includes this coaster. Fun fact: it traveled across the country from the Palisades Center, Daddy’s childhood mall!
THE RECORD PUB
After we went to Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge, we went to one of Daddy’s favorite places, The Record Pub. I don’t care about records or pubs, but they did have a wall anyone can draw on.
