Sometimes it’s just nice to have an easy, fun park day. No fuss, no muss.

Yesterday was Chubs’ very favorite day of the year – Pugtoberfest. It’s a day where a bunch of pugs get together and wear costumes (except for Chubs who refuses because he’s his own man). I had more fun than I did last year because a) I didn’t have any sweet potatoes to fight the pugs over and b) mom and dad didn’t even try to put me in a costume (which they did last year and it didn’t go well…they learn quickly).
By the way, thanks, Stephanie, for the awesome doggie shirt!

We had a big errand day and after a while, I just needed a break! So we stopped off at a coffee shop called the Venice Grind. I loved it! I had a snack and then cruised all around the big wooden bench, checking out the action on Venice Boulevard.

Nana and Papa are here to visit for a couple of days, so I’m showing them everything Los Angeles has to offer. Mom and I took Nana to the park, then I showed Papa the street we live on from the balcony.

Yesterday, the whole Ludwig gang had a relaxing and fun Saturday. We went to Tanner’s Coffee Shop, then Pulp Fiction bookstore (where I got a new Superman book!), I played with my cups out on the balcony, and then the brand new computer tablet dad bought me. What will Sunday bring??

Wooooooooooeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Crystal took me out to lunch on Monday and I was the hit of the party. Everyone enjoyed my gleeful screams.

Yesterday was my last lesson at the Lenny K Swim Academy. (Don’t worry! We joined the YMCA, so I will be resuming my aquatic adventures there.)
Thank you, Miguel! You were the best teacher ever!

Yesterday, I sat on the surfboard for the first time. It’ll probably just be another month or so before I’m hangin’ ten.

Crawling and walking is old news. Climbing is the new thing!
