The partner hotel for Dutch Wonderland is the Cartoon Network Hotel, so of course we had to stay there!

At night, they projected a movie outside and we sat by a campfire and ate Chipotle.

Right after Sesame Place, we drove to Lancaster, PA to go to Dutch Wonderland. On the way, we even saw Amish people riding their horse-drawn buggies!
At Dutch Wonderland, I got three credits: a great wooden coaster called Kingdom Coaster, an invert called Merlin’s Mayhem, and the kiddie coaster, Joust.
Our big Pennsylvania coaster tour has begun! Here’s a video about our (unfortunately) very brief visit to Sesame Place in Philadelphia.
We found out there was going to be a roller coaster at the West Linn Fair this year! So of course, I had to go. And then…it was broken down the whole time!
But we still had lots of fun. My crowning achievement was riding the Freak Out. I was sooooo scared. It was the scariest ride there. It took me a few false starts, but I did it! And I freaking loved it!
When Kenji visits in the spring or summer, of course we have to go to Oaks Park! It was super fun, as always.
