POST-OP APPOINTMENT

Yesterday, I went to Doernbecher Children’s Hospital for the first time in almost two months. Mommy learned how to change my g-tube button. I was a super brave kid even though it felt really weird to have it taken out and put back in.

The best part was that I got the new tram sticker!

MUSEUM OF FLIGHT

Yesterday, Mommy and I went to the the Museum of Flight in Seattle. It was so awesome!

I’m a big fan of airliners, so one of my favorite things was hanging out in business class of an old US Airways 737.

I also played with the controls of a couple of hand-built airplanes. I could use the control yoke and rudder pedals to move the ailerons, elevators, and rudder.

I also got to see some really big airplanes, including a 787 Dreamliner.

Here I am in a 747.

This is Richard Nixon’s Air Force One plane.

And here is the inside of the Concorde.

I had such a fun time! Thanks to Aunt Lisa, Uncle Ryan, and Kenji for the museum gift card!

NEW ‘DO

I’m going back to school next week, so Mommy thought it would be a good time to tame my mane. But I tried to run away before she could take a picture!

Oh, and it was my first tear-free haircut. Thanks, Dameon!

CHOCOLATE SHOPPING

For those observational types, though I have quite a few shirts, I’m picking out my own clothes these days, and this green shirt with the bugs on it is my very favorite. Thank you to Sebastian‘s mom for giving it to me! And also thank you to Crystal for the black pants. My legs are finally long enough to fit in them!

PLANTING SEEDS

Yesterday, I hung out with some other kids in Portland to plant seeds in the wet and cold.

Here I am with my cup of dirt.

This is my official announcement of my soon-to-be cucumber and squash plants.

Then I walked back to our car in the pouring rain.
