Because my four days a week of LEGO building get-togethers aren’t enough, I went to “LEGO Build-A-Thon” at the Oregon City Public Library, hosted by LEGO Master Builder, Blair Archer.
Eliwen came, too!

Uncle Mike found this Capsela set in Grandma and Grandpa’s house and they sent it to me. It’s the greatest thing since LEGO!

I’m basically a Crayola markers kind of guy, but I was intrigued by the idea of painting the other day. I didn’t bother putting much down on paper, but had fun painting myself!

Another Portland library started hosting a weekly Legos @ The Library event. So of course, I had to go! This library even had LEGO books on display for inspiration.
Now every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday on my calendar is full of LEGO. (Not that I’m the type to have obsessions or anything…)

Yesterday was our last day in New Hampshire before we set off for New York.
My favorite part of the day was flying the gliders Grandpa got me!

We also went to King Arthur Flour where I turned wheat berries into flour. That was also super fun. I now want a mill.

Then we went to a bookstore that had a cool little tiny house outside. I had fun, New Hampshire!

After we landed in Boston, we stayed the night at a hotel so that we could go to LEGOLAND! Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle Mike drove down to meet us there and we had an awesome time.

Now that I know Portland libraries do LEGO building events, my summer calendar has really filled up. This time, we went to a different library and they had some really cool pieces I’d never seen before.

Over the weekend, we went out into the 99 degree heat to fly the Skyrocopter that Grandpa got me a while back. It was so hot, we were the only weirdos outside. But when you gotta fly, you gotta fly!

LEGOLab is on break again this Saturday, so Mommy and I headed up to Portland for their monthly Legos @ The Library shindig. Come back, LEGOLab!
