8-YEAR CHECKUP
To me, everything is a ride. The best thing about visiting my pediatrician is this spinning chair.

AT THE DENTIST
The dentist is my least favorite doctor. But I distracted myself by making roller coaster moves with my hand.
CORNER 14
A food court pod recently opened up in Oregon City, so we had to go. Mommy got pizza, Daddy got gumbo, and I got GUACAMOLE! (It was pretty good, but OC Taco’s guac is even better.)
Not only can you get food there, but you can also do Celtic axe throwing! (I’m not old enough, but maybe one day…?).
On the way back to our car, we caught the train that rumbles through there. I can never get enough of that train.
PAPA & DEXY WALK
It’s tradition that Papa and I take a walk whenever he and Nana visit.

After I go to a new amusement park, I like to update the list of rides I’ve ridden into a Google spreadsheet. Sakura was very interested! Maybe a future coaster enthusiast?
Then Kenji and I played around in the comfiness of his bed.
Hmm, it seems like we do that a lot! (Flashback to 2017!)

FINLEY’S DAILY WALKING ROUTINE
Well, now that Finley’s had a taste of going outside, he insists we take him on walks three times a day. He loves it! He eats grass, watches the birds, chases bugs, and even found an underground bumblebee hive.

Now that Finley sees that it’s sunny outside, he wants to go out on walks all the time.
I like to go on walks, too.
ROOF WORK
There are guys at our house replacing the roof. And they have this cool truck that delivers stuff to the top of our house on something that looks like a roller coaster chain lift!
TO DO LISTS
Mommy is always writing “to do” lists and notes on her notepad. One of my hobbies is to add stuff to it!

“Eat the evil strawberries / Stick it / Make faces at Daddy! / Save cramped cow / Gallon / Put Daddy in a cage / Stick fingers in nose”
Daddy even added some to this one!
