YOUTUBING

I haven’t gone to school or therapy since Monday. I’m too sick to go to the park or Under The Sea (and I had to miss the school field trip to the pumpkin patch – noooo!). I’ve played with all of my toys a thousand times. So yesterday, I spent a good chunk of the morning watching videos. Probably more than the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends (but they don’t want you to have any fun). I did learn an important life skill, though – how to skip the ads on YouTube. I bet they don’t teach that in school!

LABOR DAY 2015

For Labor Day, we went to visit Chris and Mariko at their apartment in Torrance. I got to touch one of their motorcycles and chase around their cat, Winston. I loved Winston, but for some reason, he got tired of playing and decided to hide under the bed until after I left.

By the way, thanks for the new shirts, Nana!

MOTHER’S DAY, PART 2

Yesterday morning, we went to Uncle Mike’s and Auntie Sarah’s for a Mother’s Day breakfast. We met Sarah’s mom there, too. Two moms! But most importantly, Uncle Mike and Auntie Sarah got me a red double decker BUS! Bus bus bus bus bus. And I found a tiny apple that people kept calling a “cherry.”

PATIO PEBBLES

Putting pebbles in flower pots is so fun!

By the way, did anyone notice that dad and I are wearing the exact same shirt?? Also, there is more evidence that dad’s name is actually Eric. “Dad” is his secret agent code name.

BEDTIME STORIES

Thank you, Auntie Lisa and Uncle Ryan, for the book of bedtime stories! It’s the actual book that Papa read to Mom and Auntie Lisa when they were little kids.

We read the story, “Eric’s Breakfast.” Turns out…Dad’s name is Eric. (Mind blown.)
