After eight hours of evaluations with a Developmental Pediatrician, Speech Language Pathologist, Psychologist and Occupational Therapist, along with questionnaires from my therapists and teachers, I was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. (Or as we call it at home…Too Charming, Smart, and Handsome For My Own Good Disorder.)
THEN WE RODE ON THE TRAM!
I had a play date with Eliwen and another school friend, Zayla, at the Oregon City Public Library. So while I was there, I got to see my Lego Lab structure in the glass case!
The library has a cool play area with Lego, magnetic tiles, trains, play kitchen, and computers.
Eliwen loved when her Mommy pushed her on the swing.
After we were done playing, Eliwen surprised me with a nice birthday present!
I went with Daddy to my very first LEGOLab at the Oregon City Public Library. They bring Legos and you can make anything you want. It was super fun! I made a structure that I named, “Den.”
Yesterday, I went to Doernbecher for an Upper GI x-ray and a consultation with the surgeon who will be placing my gastrostomy tube. During the x-ray, I got to see the pictures of barium going into my stomach. And I told the nurse my favorite airlines and she told me she’s going to Texas on Alaska Airlines!
It was a really icy day, but, of course, we still rode the tram. This was our view:

After nearly a year of trying to avoid being made to go to the library, I went with Mommy to pick up a book for her and suddenly wanted to hang out for a while.
I got these cool dot markers!
I refuse to take naps now. But I still need them. So sometimes my body just takes over and unexpectedly directs me over to the couch.
The Qantas airplane has a red tail, which is awesome. But I believe it needs a red fuselage, too. So I got to work.
