I was looking at my blog the other day and saw that, many moons ago, I loved making cars out of construction paper. Back then, I chose the colors, but Mommy did the cutting, gluing, and most of the placing.
I wanted to make some more! Mommy still does the cutting, but now I do the gluing and placing on paper.
Miss Christine and I planted seeds in this Halloween pumpkin a week ago. The grass is growing so fast, it already needs a trim.
This is my series I call “Interesting Planes.” They are planes that don’t exist in real life, but come out of my imagination.
I am hanging out with Mommy at the airport because that’s where we go for fun.
Me: What countries are long flights?
Mommy: Australia, Japan, Russia…
Me: Russia?! But that’s such a short flight from Kazakhstan!
(By the way, on our most recent trip to the airport, we saw a big ol’ Air Force cargo plane, which Papa said was probably a C-5, and a Chinook helicopter!)
One of my favorite things to do is just hang out in the car for a snack after school or therapy. And then I discovered that the seat reclines… #nevergoinghome
Me: Daddy, I want to play!
Daddy: Okay, what do you want to play?
Me: I want to play “work the air conditioner!”
Oregon City consists of two parts: the part at the bottom of the cliff and the part at the top of the cliff. If you’re on foot, to get from one part to the other, you need to take the elevator!
I’ve actually been really wanting to go on the elevator for a while now. So we finally went! I rode up and down a whole bunch of times and made friends with the elevator operators. They even let me push the button several times.
