MONKEY BARS

Mommy helped out in my classroom and I got to show her how I hang from the monkey bars at recess.

ICE CREAM CAKE

This is my invention! I call it “Ice Cream Cake.”

Here is the recipe:

Lay down the graham cracker.
Put blueberries on top of the graham cracker.
Put whipped cream over blueberries.
Stir the jam.
Put the jam over the whipped cream.
Sprinkle cinnamon on the jam.
Put lemon strawberry sauce over the cinnamon.
Place the chocolate on the lemon strawberry sauce.
Put the vanilla ice cream over the chocolate.
Put the graham cracker over the vanilla ice cream.
Turn it over.
Eat!

MY FIRST FUN RUN

The “Fun Run, Walk & Roll” is an annual Cedaroaks tradition. And I just finished my first one!

SCHOOL WORK: WRITING

At school, we write stories by drawing pictures and labeling them if we choose. I’ve been writing all about rollercoasters and amusement parks!

APPLE PIE PIZZA

My kindergarten class had a baking session at the Pine Diner (a kitchen at my school).

We made apple pie pizzas and got to try them after. I liked the baking, but didn’t care for the taste. I didn’t say that out loud because some kids liked them and that would be yucking someone’s yum.

These were the instructions we were given before baking. We guessed what would be the easiest part and what would be the hardest. I guessed flattening the dough would be the hardest, but it was actually the easiest!
